As per Section 3 of the Odisha Lokayukta Act, the Lokayukta shall consist of a Chairperson who is or has been a Chief Justice of a High Court or a Judge of a High Court or an eminent person and five Members, out of whom, two shall be Judicial Members.

As per Section 7 of the Odisha Lokayukta Act, the Salary allowances and other conditions of service of-

1. the Chairperson shall be the same as those of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Orissa;
2. other Members shall be the same as those of a Judge of the High Court of Orissa.
